Bedmax approached Turnkey because of our proven expertise with Microsoft Dynamics NAV in the timber and forestry markets. However, it quickly became apparent that their needs centered more around managing production and reporting. Microsoft Dynamics NAV addressed these issues with some tweaking by our NAV developers. It wasn’t a manufacturing solution that was required, just a simple way of capturing inputs and outputs and the ability to compare performance across multiple production sites.

Comparative production performance graphs show any dip in efficiencies at-a-glance, so discrepancies can be identified quickly and corrected.

Results

Since installation in 2013/14 the company’s turnover has continued to rise fueled by exceptional overseas sales. The outbound sales team use the CRM module within NAV and with the multi-currency functionality the system copes easily with any customers’ requirements. Meantime, staff numbers have been held relatively static as the company benefits from the efficiencies introduced by the Microsoft Dynamics NAV solution.
